​48onNewNorth offers central and convenient university student accommodation in large 1, 2 & 3 bedroom premium apartments, in a gated courtyard community of 15 apartments situated right in Central Exeter, just walking distance to all your student needs.

Our apartments are big! One bedroom flats with full living rooms are between 45-50 sqm, our two bedroom 75-85 sqm and our 3 bedrooms a massive 100-120 sqm. All come with big windows opening to the courtyard we surround, so you will get light all year round. As a family-run business, we offer personal support whenever needed to help you feel safe and included during your stay.
