Green credentials

At 48onNewNorth, we do what we can to ensure we are as green as possible. Our newly converted apartments all have double glazing and meet all current building regulations including A rated boilers, appliances and insulation. We plant our verges responsibly, and respecting of local flora and wildlife. Our tenants have the option of growing some vegetables in our small community veggie patch. All of us recycle, in dedicated waste bins. We will carry on being mindful of improvements so that we can contribute towards the safeguarding of the environment.
