Moving in
- Your Tenancy will start on 1st August or 1st September. However, your moving in date can be agreed with us on a date convenient to you, Mondays to Sundays, in the first 3 weeks of September. You will be met on site by a member of the management team for a full introduction to 48onNewNorth.
- A welcome pack with basics such as coffee and milk will greet your arrival.
- If you lived with us the year before, your belongings may have been securely stored in our dedicated locked storeroom, and your mail safely kept.
- A complimentary parking space will be made available for you for 48 hours to enable family or friends to help you move in.
