One bedroom apartment (not studios but large complete apartments suitable for up to 2 people sharing a bedroom)	£395 per week - same price for one or two people
2 bedroom apartments	£280 per person per week (can be shared by 3 people)
3 bedroom apartments (Excluding flat 8, see below)	£265 per person per week (can be shared by 4 people)
Pet Premium	£40 per month

3 bedroom Penthouse Flat 8	£320 per person per week (3 person flat, could be shared by 4 people)

• Tenancies will run for the weeks shown in your Tenancy Agreement and rent will be payable for the entire period, even if you choose to leave before the end of your tenancy. 
• Double occupancy can be accommodated for in ONE of the bedrooms per flat. It raises the cost per week by £50, to be split equally among all tenants on paper - and how you reconcile between themselves is up to you all.
  
• ​We are currently not offering short tenancy periods. 
• If you cannot provide a UK based home-owning guarantor then we require the rental payment before the start of the tenancy.
• Rents include unlimited wifi, electricity, gas and water as well as the use of secure and covered bike storage.
• The TV licence and your personal belongings insurance are not included, nor is Council Tax for non students and professionals. Students do not pay Council tax but you have to let them know when they write to your flat. 
• Current tenants will be offered a chance to renew for the following year where appropriate.

Apartments already include a basic furniture kit designed to avoid having to purchase any furniture at all. Each room has a double bed (standard or king), wardrobe, 1 or 2 bedside table(s), desk and chair. This can be enhanced by renting our Household (kitchen supplies) and Linen packages (sheets, towels etc). Read about our household packs below​.

Arrive & move in package - ​- SOLD OUT 

Our 'Arrive & Move in Package' resembles an AirBnB style service – facilitating a seamless transition to apartment living. Especially helpful if coming from abroad, your home will be entirely ready for you. Beds are made, the table is laid, and the apartment has additional home touches such as clocks, mirrors and wall art. Just bring clothes, toiletries and what you need for study!
