- Tenancies will run for 51 weeks from Thursday 1 September 2022 until Thursday 24 August 2023 and rent will be payable for the entire period, even if you choose to leave before the end of your tenancy. You may rent it from 1 August 2022 at a rate to be agreed to extend to 53/54 weeks.
- Rents include unlimited wifi, fair usage of electricity, gas and water as well as secure and covered bike storage.
- The TV license and your personal belongings insurance are not included, nor is Council Tax for non students and professionals.
- If you cannot provide a UK based guarantor then we require the full 51 week payment before the start of the tenancy.
- We also offer extras to rent: a Household pack (kitchen equipment tailored to the size of your flat) and a Linen pack (bedding including duvet and pillows, towels, kitchen towels).
- There is also the possibility of fully furnished and equipped 'AirBnB style' apartment. Simply arrive with your personal possessions and everything will be ready.
- Extras are payable in full at the start of the Tenancy. No separate contract is needed and items will be added to the agreed inventory.
- Current tenants will be offered a chance to renew for the following year where appropriate. If returning to 48onNewNorth, you will be offered complimentary storage if needed for the month of August, if space is available.
