We have to make immigration checks by law. We will ask to see and copy your passport or biometric residence permit.
Please give us a call if you would like to see a copy of our sample Tenancy Agreement. If you intend to pay by instalments, you will need a UK-based guarantor. If not, you will need to pay the full years’ rent upfront 5 working days before your contract starts.

Tenancy deposits
Deposits will be registered to the Tenancy Deposit Custodial Scheme within 30 days of the commencement of the Tenancy or the taking of the Deposit whichever is earlier and provide proof to the Tenant of compliance. If the holder of the Deposit fails to provide proof within 30 days the Tenant should take independent legal advice from a solicitor, Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) or other housing advisory service.
