Visitors / noise / smoking
- Your family and friends are welcome to come and stay. Where possible, we will try to help with a parent parking space during their visit.
- Smoking is not allowed inside, but we have dedicated outdoor spaces.
- We have quiet hours between 22:00 - 07:00 and ask everyone be respectful of these.
Staying on with us
Current tenants will be offered a chance to renew for the following year where appropriate. If returning to 48onNewNorth, you will be offered complimentary storage if needed for the month of August, if space is available.
